At the heart of this ‘Building Brilliance’ campaign is the flowing red energy “halo,” a visual device representing intelligence, efficiency, and constant motion. This energy threads through every frame, from hands-on maintenance to building-wide systems, creating a dynamic heartbeat that connects people and infrastructure. To achieve this, Format’s post team collaborated closely with the ModOp team during pre-production, planning camera angles, lighting, and performance beats to match the VFX roadmap. This meticulous approach ensured that every shot, whether a sweeping wide shot of a skyscraper or a close-up of a sensor interface, was ready to support the transformative visual effects.

Once production wrapped, Format’s VFX team elevated the story even further. Static structures gained subtle motion and rhythm, previously invisible sensors and thermostats were enhanced or created in CG, and streams of glowing energy traced ductwork and building silhouettes. The resulting films are modular and flexible, with :60 hero spots down to :06 social moments, all designed to communicate the same core idea: Trane brings nonstop intelligence to the built world. The campaign positions Trane not just as a manufacturer, but as a living, thinking presence in the spaces where people work, learn, heal, and innovate.
